"There were two things that we prayed for on our wedding day; great photography and snow. We were very lucky to have both! Both my husband and I are photography hobbyists that have a great appreciation for fine art film photography. Brandon and Brian were at the top of our list of wedding photographer's, even before the engagement. My husband first heard of Brian and Brandon on a podcast he listens to and he began following their blog. After meeting Brandon and Brian in person we both thought they were very genuine. We felt that they both understood exactly what we were looking for and after seeing their work in person we had complete confidence in them. On the day of the wedding many of our guest's mentioned how professional and hard working both Brian and Brandon were. They shot with various cameras with such ease and poise. Such a relief because, we've have seen other wedding photographers at work and they seemed frazzled and pushy. Not the brothers, they were calm and pleasant to work with and gave good direction. Thank you Brandon and Brian for capturing our wedding so perfectly." -Mrs. Stone
I love the title of the post... "Snow on stones?" Evokes a mental image that is incredibly thought provoking and beautiful.
I shot my first Yosemite wedding back in June. We had snow too! LOL Had to cancel the Glacier Point ceremony and move it to safer ground because it was literally, dangerous to have it up there!
The couple is really, very striking looking and beautiful. My favorite shot is the way, way back shot of the whole church and the mountain and the couple as small as mice on the steps. Stunning!
So beautiful and amazing - the kind of pictures that launch dreams about weddings as well as snowy escapes. What better cathedral could there be than nature?
And the couple look so comfortable and genuine and at home.
